We understand that the jewelry we make for you is more than an accessory - it's a way to freeze a moment in time and preserve a precious memory. We are the only breastmilk jewelry company that offers a full year warranty on our keepsake stones, giving you the confidence that your memories will be beautifully and securely preserved with us.
For one whole year from the time you receive your jewelry, we will repair or replace the keepsake stone if it becomes damaged despite following the care instructions .
Follow these simple steps:
1) Send us an email with a picture of the keepsake stone and explaining what happened. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA)
2) Ship us your jewelry along with additional materials (such as umbilical cord, hair, fabric, etc. except breastmilk - we will hold onto your preserved breastmilk for a year).
3) We will create a new keepsake stone or repair the keepsake stone, free of charge.
